AUDIOBOOK NARRATION WORKSHOP SERIES – MORE DATES ADDED!
After the success of our trial Audiobook Workshops and due to popular demand, we’re pleased to announce more sessions. For details click on the link below.
Led by award winning narrator Gordon Griffin, each workshop offers 6 participants the opportunity to spend a day immersed in the audiobook process. Gordon is one of the most prolific audiobook narrators in the world, with over 900 recordings to his credit. In 2017 he received an MBE from the Queen in the Birthday Honours List for his audiobook work. He is among ID AUDIO’s most prized narrators.
The workshops take place at the our studio in Queen’s Park and include:
– Detailed instruction from Gordon on both the audiobook industry and how to narrate an award winning audiobook.
– Tour of the studio and insight into the production process by an ID Audio producer
– Script preparation workshop
– The opportunity to get behind the mic and receive notes from Gordon.
– Complimentary teas, coffees and snacks throughout the day
Participants will leave with a professional standard audiobook sample to submit to castings and voice agents and these will also go into ID AUDIO’s casting database for consideration in future projects.
