Two favourite writers have set their crime series by the sea. Kate Ellis’ THE EYES OF THE HOUSE is the latest set in (fictional) Tradmouth and the investigation is led as usual by Wesley Peterson. The body is count is high. Skeletons are not just in cupboards! Gripping and exciting. And it’s good to be in the company of Andy Horton again in Pauline Rowson’s UNDERCURRENT set in around Portsmouth. I defy you to guess who-dun-it. Ingenious plotting as always. Marvellous stuff.
