I am recording Tightrope by Simon Mawer, a beautifully written novel that tells what happens to Marian (a Anglo/French member of the Resistence during the last war) when she comes home after capture, torture and the hell of Ravensbrück concentration camp.  Agents, double-agents, lovers, friends, enemies. Who can she trust? Riveting stuff. A real page-turner.
