I am lucky. Most of the audiobooks I get to record give me pleasure in some way. It’s rare to come across a book I don’t get something from. And sometimes I have the privilege  of recording the great writers. Coming up: The Ministry of Fear by Graham Greene and The Invisible Man by HG Wells. I’ve not recorded Graham Greene before. What a writer! You feel that you’re in the presence of  a master craftsman. Wells too is a consummate storyteller. I am trying to think of something that links these two novels. I can’t – except that I share the same initials as Graham Greene and the Invisible Man was called Griffin!!
